The migrator is designed to streamline the process of transferring content between different versions and even different CMS platforms.

The migrator consists of two main components:

The generic component interfaces with Enterspeed, providing a robust framework for data transfer. It basically pushes data from the old CMS into the Enterspeed platform.

The CMS-specific component is tailored for the target CMS and ensures seamless integration and functionality within the new environment. This package of content is then installed directly into the CMS.

This solution provides a flexible, controlled, and efficient way to migrate content, making it an ideal choice for organisations looking to upgrade or switch their CMS platforms.

Migration example: Sitecore to Umbraco

We handle the heavy lifting

In practice, Enterspeed will handle the migration on your behalf. We'll make a process plan together and set ap a local development environment. Then we’ll ingest your data to Enterspeed using our standard integration. We transform the data to the required formats, and we define editor types and compositions in a collab with you. From the local target CMS, we document types, media types, content and media using uSync. You can get the data either in bulk or all together depending on your preferences.

So, what is actually migrated? When using our Migration Accelerator, you can transfer data such as:
