How we work
Office nut or remote wizard? We’ll fit you right in
Most of us come into the office in Aarhus N. Others prefer working from home. Some split the day to dodge rush hour, pick up the kids, or squeeze in a workout. It works.
Flexible by default
You know how and when you work best. As long as you work for the team, odd hours (and odd places) are fine by us. That said, our lunch makes a pretty strong case for coming in.
Digital-first
At the office or at your kitchen table, everyone gets the same access and the same information. That’s what makes it work when we’re spread out.
Async where it counts
Shared docs and thoughtful written feedback beat a room full of slides. It gives us more deep work in the day. Sometimes you have to move slow to move fast.
Trust over control
Clear goals, real influence over them, and no micromanagement. We meet every morning, have weekly 1:1s (often as walk-and-talks), and still make time to meet face to face – for work and for fun.
