Onboarding today, without Speedtrain
The onboarding queue is a solvable problem
Supplier PDFs arrive without the attributes your market needs. Descriptions are written in one locale and re-keyed by hand into six others. The product sits in the ERP and misses its own launch window because the content is not ready.
The weeks fall between manual steps on a path that runs once. When a spec changes, you correct six translations by hand, because the enrichment, the copy production and the approval are separate tools with no shared record of which fact triggered which output.
Enterspeed Core is the AI data orchestration platform underneath, and Speedtrain is the part that turns source data into market-ready content against your own rules. You set per-attribute rules for word count, required mentions, locale, tone, brand, legal and forbidden terms.
Supplier file arrives
Raw supplier data lands with gaps where your market needs attributes.
Attributes enriched
Missing attributes are filled and the per-attribute rules applied.
Checks run
Brand, legal and policy checks fire, and the result is recorded.
Output written back
Approved content writes into the PIM or CMS your team already uses.
When the underlying fact changes, the six translations regenerate rather than staying wrong. The correction path is the same path as the first pass.
How it works
Generate, check, write back
Speedtrain takes source data from your PIM, ERP or supplier feed and generates content against per-attribute rules. Each rule is versioned, so you can test a change on a subset before rolling it out, and A/B test tone or wording by market.
The generation writes a candidate record. Structural checks run that nobody can override: required fields, character limits, taxonomy conformance. Quality judgements then fire that a privileged human can overrule, with the decision and the reason recorded. Every output carries an audit trail of which rules fired and which checks passed.
Records that pass write back into the PIM or CMS automatically. The rest surface for a specialist to validate rather than write.

Onboarding time per product
99%
Approved automatically
XL-BYG, a Danish builders' merchant. Both figures reflect their workflow and data quality rather than a general expectation. The baseline is 100 products in under ten minutes, with roughly 60 percent approved immediately, 35 percent needing a quality check with no action, 4 percent a quick retry and 1 percent real human guidance.

Scope
What stays with your systems
Speedtrain writes into the systems you already run, not around them.
Speedtrain carries
- The generation, against your per-attribute rules
- The checks, and the audit trail of which rules fired
- The approval gate before a write into canonical data
- The regeneration when an underlying fact changes
Your systems keep
- Your PIM or ERP: the canonical product record
- Your CMS: the published content and its editorial process
- Your DAM: storage and management of the assets
Speedtrain writes from your product truth against your rules. The source data determines what can be claimed, and the per-attribute rules determine how it is expressed.
